1. What are your store hours?

We’re open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 7 PM!

3. Do you offer discounts or sales?

Donation Questions

4. What items do you accept for donations?

We accept clean, gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, small furniture, housewares, and more. For a full list, visit our [Donation Guidelines page].

5. What items do you NOT accept?

We cannot accept large furniture, car seats, safety equipment, or damaged/stained items. See our [Donation Guidelines page] for details.

6. How do I donate items?

Bring your donations to our store during operating hours (10 AM–7 PM). Let a team member know you’re there to drop off donations, and they’ll assist you.

7. Do you offer donation pick-ups?

8. Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?

No! We can not provide tax receipts for any qualifying donations.

9. Do you sell items online?

10. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer cash or credit refunds. However, we’re happy to provide store credit for returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Please bring your receipt and the item to our store, and our team will assist you..

11. How often do you restock?

We restock daily, so there’s always something new to discover!

12. Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes, we accept cash, credit, and debit cards for your convenience.
