Donation Guidelines

We gladly accept clean, gently used items to support our mission. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Clothing, Shoes & Accessories: Clean and in good condition.

• Linens: Blankets, towels, and other household textiles.

• Upcycle Materials: Shrunken wool sweaters, quality clothing with minor flaws (e.g., holes, missing buttons).

• Bags & Luggage: Functional and clean.

• Electronics: Working condition only.

• Sports Equipment: No helmets, please.

• Housewares & Home Décor: Gently used and intact.

• Art, Sewing & Knitting Supplies: Perfect for crafters!

• Small Furniture: Side tables, lamps, chairs, and shelving.

• Other Items: Health & beauty products, books, VHS/DVDs, CDs, vinyl records, and more.

What We Cannot Accept

To ensure the safety and quality of our inventory, we cannot accept:

• Assistive or safety devices (e.g., canes, walkers, crutches, helmets).

• Large furniture (e.g., beds, couches, large tables).

• Dirty, stained, or broken items.

Donation Drop-Off Instructions

We appreciate your efforts to make the donation process smooth for everyone! Here’s how you can help:

1. Prepare Your Donations:

   • Wash clothing and linens before donating.

   • Sort items by type and season (e.g., men’s, women’s, kids, winter, summer).

2. Drop-Off Location:

   • Bring donations to our store during operating hours  10AM-6PM.

3. Arrival Instructions:

   • Enter through the front door and let a team member know you’re there to drop off a donation.

   • A team member will assist you with the process.

Important: Please do not leave donations unattended. Due to theft and damage, items left outside may not make it to the sales floor.
